Every HS line comes with a service agreement tailored to your operation. You get engineers who know the line because they built it, secure remote access for fast troubleshooting, and service offices in four countries.

We agree the level of service with you when the line is delivered, and adjust it as your operation changes.
- 0124/7/365 phone and e-mail supportOur service staff are available every hour of the year, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- 02Secure remote access (VPN)Every HS machine and line is delivered with VPN access. Our engineers can connect to your PLCs and servers, find the fault and often fix it without anyone travelling.
- 03On-site support within hoursWhen someone needs to be there in person, they come from our service offices in Norway, Germany, the UK or Canada, depending on what your operation requires.
- 04Spare parts on siteA spare parts stock at your facility means the most common repairs don’t wait for shipping. Our workshop in Kongsberg can also make parts that are no longer manufactured.
- 05Training and planned maintenanceYour operators are trained on the line, and regular maintenance visits keep it running at full capacity.

A longer life for your line
We keep improving lines we delivered years ago.
Our solutions are developed continuously, and many customers take advantage of system upgrades. New software, new stations or modified mechanics can give an existing line new capacity or new tasks.
The hardware health monitor watches motors, sensors, servers and network around the clock, so problems are found before they stop production.

Between 3 and 8 months, depending on the complexity of the line.
What does a line cost?
It depends on the number of stations and the size of the solution. Typical investments range from €75,000 to €1.5 million, with an average of around €400,000. A single module can cost less.
What return on investment is normal?
Typically between 2 and 4 years, depending on the productivity gain and local wage levels.
How much more productive will we be?
Customers normally achieve around a 100 % increase in productivity, but it depends on how the work is done today.
Can the line grow with us?
Yes. All solutions are modular and can be extended with more stations and products later.
Does it work with SAP and our other systems?
We can interface with practically any ERP system, SAP included. Our software is built on Oracle, C++ and Java.
Can your software run on our own servers?
Yes. If you have your own servers with backups in place, we can install the HS software on them.
How do you make sure orders are picked without errors?
All HS solutions have weight control at every station and/or an end-of-line weight check. For some solutions we also use hand scanners at the point of picking.
What kind of items can the image recognition line handle?
Practically any item. We work with both image and barcode recognition. Oversized items are handled at a dedicated station instead of passing through the singulator.
Can we use HS solutions for e-commerce and B2C?
Yes. Pick-by-light, pick-by-pad and our other picking systems are used for this. We recommend the best set-up based on your floor space, number of items and number of pickers.
Do you supply wrapping machines and printers?
Normally not. We recommend local partners for these, because service and support are then closer to you. We integrate their equipment into the line.
Can you deliver conveyors and rollers only?
Yes. We deliver standard equipment, stand-alone or with sensors and PLCs, depending on what you need.
Where do you have references?
We have a strong presence in the Nordic countries, the UK and Central Europe, with further installations in Southern Europe and North and South America.
